The picture of the Gospel

Last Monday evening our new converts brother and sister after their giving good salvation testimony has been baptized and added with our New Testament Baptist Church. (Acts 2:38,41) Amen.

Before Baptism in the water, all of them revealed in front of us that they believed Christ bore their sin, died on the Cross shedding His blood as a completely propitious sacrifice for sin, and He rose again bodily from the dead. They repented to God and believe in Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, and saved.

Yesterday, they went on their way to home full of joy and rejoicing (Acts 8:39)

All these people came from different part of our country and attend our Bible study in Dhaka from June 8th (Tuesday) to 11th (Saturday).

In our preaching and Bible study they understand their lost condition, and Friday evening they repented and believe in Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, and got saved, and same time they giving their testimony. Hear our Bro. ManikMia and Bro Fazlu saved two year ago. Saturday night they gone back to their home with joy and with great pleasure. Amen.

Last Thursday night my son Joel and I started our journey for Dinajpur District and we reached there Friday early morning. Our brother ManikMia was waiting at the Bus strand for receiving us. Then with him, we went ten miles in the village and reached a house where I will preach. After we reached there, people came to attend our meeting and with giving thanks to God I started preaching to the people. End of my preaching six people of them accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord and openly they gave their testimony about their salvation in that meeting. According to their testimony they said that, they believe that Jesus Christ came to this world and sacrifice His life on the cross for forgiving their own sin. They repented and believe on Jesus Christ as their Saviour. They believed by the grace of God they became son of God. They have promised that they will always with Bro. ManikMia for bible study and will attend Sunday service. I always take care for their discipleship and by my cell phone I will teach them and take care for their spiritual growth. Please pray for them for their safety and discipleship. Very soon I will baptize them and will start a Baptist Church. Amen.

Preach to unreach

Last Monday Bro. Supon and I went north and west side of Bangladesh. We visited our new converts and stayed with them. We teach them for their spiritual growth, and preached door to door in that village. Many of them show their eagerness to the gospel and need more teaching to them. On Thursday we came back to our home. Very soon we will visit them again.

After 10 hour bus journey yesterday (Sunday) evening ‘Saidur Rahaman’ and his wife ‘Sanjida’ and Sanjida’s sister ‘Rujina’ came from west side of Bangaldesh. They came to know about Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Saturday evening ‘Abdur Razzak’ came from same area. Sunday evening they attended our service. Today (Monday) around 3 hour Bible study with them, they understant their lost condition. They understant Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. They surrended to God. They repented and believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord. They believed only the death of Jesus Christ and His precious blood they got saved. Amen.

Bro. Sujon and I were invited by a man to visit them and to the people of his village for preach. Last Thursday after 8 hour bus journey and one hour local paddle van journey we reached his house at Dinajpur District. I am very gladly to say that next day Friday morning in our Bible study with him and his wife, both of them understand their lost condition and they repent and believe on Lord Jesus Christ for their Saviour. He and his wife got saved. They have 8 year old son and have a 35 days newborn baby girl. They believed crucified Jesus Christ and His blood their sin has been washed. They said their new life has been started with Lord Jesus Christ in their salvation. After same time with him we went some house of his village to preach by his guidance. He and his wife respected us and take care of us.

Preaching among tribes young men and women

Last Thursday (October 15th) 10:30 am, I went Dinajpur, Birganj (west and north side). After eight hours Bus journey at 6:30 pm I reached there. I stayed in a rest house at night. Friday morning I preached in a NGO's office. There were among around 40 young men and women. All are they tribes but they understand Bengali. This is Hindu area and most of them are Hindu and some are Different denomination of Christian. Besides our preaching a man making some idols for image worship. I need to go again to them for preach. Pray for their soul saved.

This is Bro. Samuel Roy. Long lime he was coming to our church. Last 20th June at 10 am he came to our home. And he shared me about his life. He was very sorrow for his past life. I’m Samuel Roy. I’ve known the calling of almighty God after coming to respected Bro. missionary Nathaniel Hazra on 20^th July, 2009 at 2 pm.

I submitted myself as a great sinner to the proper judge and luminous God. I understood that I had been hiding myself from the proper holy judge and merciful God who has promised that if a sinner ‘repents’ from his sin, He will give him ‘everlasting life’. I was a great sinner. So I submitted myself to merciful God. I said to my God, “Lord, I don’t want to hide myself from you. All my sins of my life, that had been weighed on me; I laid down this bundle of sins at the feet of my Lord God”. I confessed, “Lord I wasn’t able to lead my life according to your holy Words. I denied your instructions which is as same as denying you. I grieved you and sinned playfully. To lead my life after my own will I hid myself from you. Pride found its abode in me which led me in a lifestyle that was without God. I had been deceived by the temptation of Satan and therefore I didn’t hesitate to do all wicked sins. Lord, I kept away myself from you. I led my life after my own will instead of your will. Lord, forgive me from this audacity.”

I confessed that “Lord, I grieved my parents, my relatives and dishonored my wife and children. All these happened for leading a life without you. I also dishonored you. I refused you. Forgive me Lord.” I also said that “Lord, I haven’t received the forgiveness which you declared for us. Forgive me Lord. You sacrificed the most for our sins. The precious Blood of your son Jesus Christ – which had been poured for the remissions of our sins in Calvary – I had been denying this valuable gift.”

“I need not to do any work for the remission of my sins. Christ has done the job for me. Only repent, having faith in Jesus Christ, leading life according to His word and driven by the Holy Spirit will bring my Salvation.” When this invitation came to me by the Holy Spirit – I didn’t want to lose this opportunity. I was worried when I learnt that I would not have this opportunity if I died without having Salvation and I would be in the Hell for ever. Then I rendered my heavy and broken heart on the feet of Lord God. I said Him, “Lord, take the charge of my life, receive me Lord and lead me in the light of your Word.”

Then a great mysterious shock shook me. I realized that someone carries my burden. I became free. Those moments were introducing me with a changed life. I was watching like a picture the changed lifestyle of a converted man. I never experienced those moments in my life.

Today, here I am giving my testimony that now I am a son in the kingdom of Lord. All my disobedience, all my sins have been washed away by the holy Blood of Jesus Christ. From now on I will lead my life not after my own will but fully after the will of God. I am sure that I do not belong to the gang of sinners. Lord has given me place in His lap. I’m sure that if I died today I will be in Heaven with Lord because He has saved me. He has promised that He will never remember my wicked sins. He has pardoned all my punishments and He will never release my hands. I am His youngest lamb and He is my Shepherd. I’ve got this guarantee that He never let one be ashamed or dishonored who keeps His commandments. I wasn’t able to deny the sweet assurances and bold promises of my Creator and Saviour Lord. So I called Him with tears. I submitted my defiled life to Him. He received me and I have born again. I realized that ‘there was joy in heaven for me’. I want to quote two verses form the Holy Bible which bore important role in the transformation of my life. . . .

First, Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”; It indicates my previous life.

Second, John 6:37 “And him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out”. This is the promise of my Lord for my converted life. It’s blessing for me.

In this joyous moment I want to remember specially our respected Bro. Missionary Nathaniel Hazra who always encouraged me to be born again. He made clear the meaning of Salvation to me. His preaching always indicates my wicked life that has just gone away. It seemed that all these were the true facts of my life. I have got the instructions to come to the way of God from his preaching. I realized from his preaching that how I dishonored my Lord. I got the concept of my sinful life from him.

I heard the preaching of Salvation from his mouth and realized them. I am grateful to him for he encouraged me to enter in the ‘born again’ life. No one should delay to be saved after knowing about Salvation for if a man died before getting saved, he will surely go to Hell.

Bro. Nathaniel taught me these things. I didn’t make any delay to submit myself to God. I thank God with my whole heart that He has shown His grace and mercy to me. Now I am able to realize that I was on the opposite side of the wall – far away from Lord. A heavy curtain was between us that hid me from Lord. I was contracted. I was captured in shyness. Now I am free and glad.

I beseech all my friends, relatives, elders, specially my wife and children and all of you, please rejoice for my ‘born again’ and pray for me so that God increase His little child in His wisdom and lead and guide through His words and the Holy Spirit. Thanks to all. Amen.

New church building opening and baptism

Since many days Bro. Ronnie and his people were worshiping on Sunday and special preaching meeting front of his home in open air in the time of winter, rain and sunshine.

They feel that they need a house for their worship. There is a small land beside Bro. Ronnie’s house. And they decided to build a house in that place for worship. For that reason they prayed to God for long days. They got many encourage in this matter. They tried to help as much as they can to build the house. Last year they bought some old tin and wooden pillar. Middle of the month of May of this year with prayer they started work for worship house. They also brought new tin and other materials and did lot of work of earth cutting. Still they did not complete some work of this house like door and window fittings and painting work. When they can manage more money then they will do those works.

Last Thursday July 23rd, Bro Augustine and I went to them. Friday July 24, everybody of them came and attended the new house for thanks giving to God for His blessing for them. Now all the people of Bro. Ronni can worship here at Sunday and other preaching meeting. This day Bro Ronni and Bro. Supon giving thanks to everybody who helped them to build that house by Prayer and financially. And the same time they remembered Pastor Graf and Long Island Baptist Church for pray for them and given thanks for the money for the build house and feast. They are very grateful to Long Island Baptist Church. Bro. Ronni requested everybody to attend regular in this worship house. After my preaching and prayer for this new house some men and women were giving thanks to Bro. Ronni and his family and also Bro. Supon for their hard work for building of this worship house. They promised to attend regular this worship house and fill this house and keep faithfulness to God. After these program every body we ate a special meal ‘Khichuri’. It is combination of rice, lentil, chicken and spices. It is easy to cook and very delicious.

Preaching in February and March 2009

February and March of this year I went some village in my country Bangladesh. I traveled by Bus, three wheelers Rickshaw and boat. All these places were 5 to 6 hour journey. Most of the people of there are illiterate, unable to read and write. There are no electricity and running supply water. People are different denomination of Christianity, Hindu and Muslim. I visited there door to door and preach the gospel of Lord Jesus Christ to the local people. Some place we arranged open air tent meeting, where village people came to listen our preaching of Lord Jesus Christ. We need to go there again and again to teach them. Pray for these lost souls for saved who heard gospel.

Preaching at Dinajpur District

January 5th my son Joel and me went Dinajpur District for preach at two different villages. We stayed there in a guest house and for next two days we hired a van for go to villages. Two local people were with us and helped us all the time for our two days program over there. We went very deep area and far from Dinajpur town. The people are very poor and there is no school for their children to get education. No electricity and running water. They always drinks home made wine, even some of them were drunk when they were in my preaching meeting. There village head man was in our meeting. I preached them very simply about Lord Jesus Christ and Salvation. They practice their own religion, but no idea about salvation. They said that they have some religious custom and rule to follow those only. Actually they are all idolater. Pray for them. We need to visit them next.

Preaching at Barisal District

Last month December 29th I went a Hindu village in Barisal (South side of Bangladesh). It was six hour Journey to reach there by Bus, Rickshaw, boat and walk. Same day evening and next day I preached them and visit door to door. The people are Hindu and idolater, and most the family has a house of their gods and goddess for worship them. They arranged for a preaching place to preach them. I stayed one of those Hindu families. Some Muslim people were in my preaching meeting. All of them were good attention to my preaching. I preached them that Jesus Christ is only Saviour and Lord for all of us. He is the only way for salvation for all of us. He did all of our religious works at Calvary and everybody needs to repent and believe Him for all of our salvation. Pray for them. We need to visit them next.

Salvation by the Grace of God

Bro. Surit and his family

I am Surit Mondal. This is my salvation testimony which I wanted to tell you. Last January 12th 2008 my own effort I arranged a meeting in my home. Purpose of that meeting was to tell my neighbor and my parent the facts of my past life occurred and give my testimony that by the grace of God how I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Saviour. And the same time Bro. Nathaniel preached that what will be the last judgment seat of Jesus Christ. Those who are lost will be stand front of Him. First time Jesus came by grace and truth and next time He will seat on the Judgment Seat. (Revelation 20:10-15).

Now my life is a blessing life. But once time I had no hope in my life. My behavior was so bad that can not think about it. My heart was so dark and covered by scandal. I wanted to explain what was happened in my past life before coming to Christ life. I have born in a Muslim family in 5th October 1977. Born in Choudhuray family and bearing this title means influential and extraordinary majesty and honors (Choudhurey is high class family title). But nothing happened any of those in my life. Though my father's was respected and renowned by his people, but my own condition was very low. My name was 'Afsarul Islam Choudhury', it is Muslim name. When my age was 6 my father turned out my Mother. My father insulted my mother front of every body and expelled her. That time my brother age was 6 month, and my mother took my bother with her and gone away, and my father kept me with him. My habit was sleep with my mother. Every day my mother kept me lull to sleep with her loving touch on my head. Be hurt or pained my mother caress and console me. But within a minute my mother's caress and console ceased. After my mother left, next day my father did not keep me in his house and sent me my uncle's house. I became alone, born too father and mother's blood that I have nobody. No bodies hear my crying, only blue sky can hear. Dark cloud covered my beautiful life. No body love me, caress me, affection me, every now and then my uncle lay hands on me, beat me. By the advice my father my uncle admitted me an orphans Madrasa (it is a muslin orphans school, and only teaching Quran). Many kind of and many manners boys are hear. There's many boys have no fathers and mothers or only have father or mother. But in my life both was but I did not have them in my life in my present then. Like grow up like a vagabond. I used to go my uncle house when my Madrasa vacation or closed. One day I told my uncle that please kindly don't sent me again to Madrasa and admit me to regular school, then he angered and by forced he feed me his spittle and he bind/tie me with a rope and hang up me top of the roof and beaten me front of his children. My father first wife's (My mother was my father's second wife Muslim can marry and keep with him four wives) children used to go good school, but they sent me Madrasa to be a Muslim priest, only the reason that I was born in Christian mother womb. One day I got a change to visit my father's new house. The house is very beautiful, and every person's have separate room but they arranged me to sleep in floor. I got silent and astonished about their behave to me. My father's first wife's children is his children and I am also his child, but my place is different then them. My step brother always complaint against me, and according to that accusation my father and my step mother time to time excessively beat me. Day by day I grow hated to my father. All everything I became entirely different. I understood I have no one of mine. When my age was twelve then to erase of my Father's identity I gone unknown way to left everything. When I got tried to walk in different place in Banani, Dhaka, I laid beside the road. At night I slept beside road and in the morning I looking for food and some job. I got a job in house and after finished my job I ate those food full of stomach by tears of joy. I survived like this life about three years.

Suddenly I met a man of very close of father's. I scared, but he consoled me and told me that he will take me to my mother. I gladly revealed my zeal to go with him, and he took me to my uncle and aunt's house (my mother's brother and his wife) and it was 1992. When we gone their house, at first sight my aunt thought that I am a bagger or street-boy and did not wanted to allow me in their house. After got my identity everybody of them joyfully accept me. My uncle called my mother and after nine year we both met together. My mother brings me to her place at Jessore District where she worked in a School as a teacher. All we satisfied to get each other. In 1993 my mother took me a local church where I was teaching about Bible and Jesus Christ. But suddenly Devil became a wall between us; my father left his first wife and came to us in 2000. I could not accept him. But my mother and my brother accept him and for that I got pain and distressed. I lost many year in my life only the reason of that father and every of my family accept him! I could not accept it. My bother said that he never seen father, now he got his father. My mother said that I got back my husband. For that reason the situation became too hard and worse between my mother and my brother. My mother forgot the past fact that her husband turn away to her with her six months baby, but I could not forget it. I became alone. I could not sleep and could not close attention to my study. My light of hope is becoming blowing out.

Last 2001 Bro. Nathaniel Hazra came in Jessore for preaching and I acquainted with him. I was feeling very better to his preaching and teaching. I tried to change my life according to his preaching. I always was keeping relation with him. Several time he invite me to Dhaka, and I went there for group Bible study. I saw good man but I never meet any good man like him. In my life nobody loved me; nobody wanted to hear me and to listen my agony/heartache. I needed a man in my life like Bro. Hazra. Only God provided like this godly man to me. I love very much to Bro. Hazra. But by this time I got married when I acquainted with him. My wife's name is Ripa. Now I have a son and his name is Arnab. I love so much to my wife and my son. I teach my son about Jesus and he knows His name. Any way my life condition suddenly causes to stop. I never and anyway I could forgive my father. Bro. Nathaniel said that I have to forgive him because God forgive all of us who believe Him. In this condition I became Godless and gone far away for Him. For that I could not get any peace in my mind and no joy in my heart, and filled my life with sorrow and evil day.

Suddenly a postman came to me and gave me a big envelope. I open it and got "SUVATION" magazine. It is gospel publication and published by Bro. Hazra. Very earnestly I was reading it and looked an article at the page number 4 the Bengali translation of "Dr. Law and Dr. Grace" by late Evangelist Lester Roloff, and the first paragraph writing was Titus 2:11-14. I like that Bible versus very much. At first my family matter was the main cause for me to separation from God. My father is Muslim and my mother is Christian and these points I always got shocked in my life and for that I did not get any peace in my mind. But the Bible verse from the article of "Dr. Law and Dr. Grace" of Suvation magazine very clearly matched to my life that "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way . . . Isaiah 53:6. That means I kept God to far from my life and I always blaming to my Muslim father and mother, and that thing is wrong thought and nonsense and that is the cause of my frustration. Actually main problem is my heart. I know myself. I know my work, my though and my acts. I could not blame myself, and should be blame myself. From "Meeting with Dr. Law" I knew that serious trouble is in my heart. I am suffering, and that is heart problem and I am seriously sick. My before old carnal condition that means not being spiritual man, without having Holy spirit I do not getting regain consciousness. My heart happened a serious damaged for that like it is happing. I felt most critical frustration stage. My father Muslim, my mother Christian, my heart is sinful. So I was looking a way of remedy or repair of it. And what is that way? To know of it to go Dr. Religion and associates, come back to Dr. Law than go Dr. Grace then I entered deep in my heart and saw my heart is blackest, so terrible, notorious, stink, stigmatized and ugly and that is nobody knows it, even my family and friends do not know it, but I know myself. After finished the reading this article "Dr. Law and Dr. Grace", I cried, I wept. To look to my heart I noticed the main cause of my fickle-mindedness and impatience. Dr Law showed me my all improper acts and guilt and to make my life genuine, sincere and became new by Holy Spirit Dr. Grace Lord Jesus Christ regain consciousness. October 5th 2007 I closed my room door and started to pray and said my Lord that I do not wanted to die, though I can die in bodily but I wanted to live in spirit with you. Same day and same time I confess my sin to Lord Jesus Christ, I repented from my sin, I wanted forgive my own sin to Christ, and then by the Holy Spirit I understand I got saved. I believe by the grace of God the Father and precious blood of Jesus Christ same day I got saved. In my heart great excessive joy came to my heart, came peace in my heart. All my sin washed away, Amen. In the same time I called my Bro. Hazra in my cell phone. Spiritually I became strength to give my testimony publicly. Last January 12th 2008 Bro. Hazra came to our place and front of around 80 of my relative, friends and neighbors I gave my testimony that by the grace of God and through Lord Jesus Christ I got new life. Through me presence of Holy Spirit is revel. In my work, my righteous, my family, every side now my life in Christ is fulfilled joyful by God. I completed the lesson of "Now that you've believed" Very soon I am going to be baptized through Bro. Hazra

But my testimony day my father and my mother was not present, and they did not like this meeting and did not expected Bro. Hazra in hour house. Bro Hazra was one night in our house.

I am now God's new Creature, His Children and right of His realm.

Church Service in Bangladesh Rural Area

Our Bro. Ronni and his family and local people doing Sunday worship in his place in open air. They always fixed tent for Rain and Cold in the rainy and winter season for church service. Many men and women are attending hear for Sunday worship.

This is the place back of his house for build a church house. Local people are very inspired with hope and confidence and they promised to supply themselves like Bamboo, wood and tin and other material for build a small Church house for them. They hoped within December they can complete this house. Pray for them.

New Creature

This is Supon Baroi, brother of our Bro. Augustin Sujon Baroi. Last July 12th he got saved and Sunday he gave is testimony in our church service. Here his wonderful testimony. Please read his testimony.

I am Supon Baroi. I have been reading Bible and praying since my childhood. I used to attend every prayer meeting and Bible seminar if there was any. But I didn’t sure of one thing, that was my salvation. I didn’t realize that I have saved from my sin. I thought “I read my Bible, I pray, I attend to the prayer meetings and Bible seminars of every denomination. That’s enough, why I need anything more?” But I did many sins that no one but God knew. Actually I was a great sinner. Not only I did improper acts, theft, lie but many other serious sins. Many times I heard about sin and salvation in many preaching. Besides, when I read Bible, I read about these things; but didn’t give heed to them. You may think ‘so what did you do after reading Bible and praying, how did you commit these sins after leading a religious life?’ But it happened in my life. In this way I led a religious life in one side but a sinful life in another side.
Honorable Bro. Missionary Nathaniel Hazra conducts preaching meetings in the house of Bro. Ashorio Biswas, which is near our house. I attend there always and hear his preaching of sin, repentance, faith and salvation. He also visits and preaches in our house as my brother Augustine Sujon Baroi has repented and saved and studying Theology to him. These preaching struck me very much. Day by day I began to give up my sinful nature and took a promise to become a son of God. But I hadn’t any experience of salvation. Sometimes my own brother also told me about salvation. I answered him, “I read Bible, I pray, even I also preach but I don’t know whether I have saved or not. I am not sure whether I’ll go to Heaven or not. How can I be sure about my salvation?” He told me everything concerning salvation. But I didn’t realize them all.
After that Bro. Nathaniel asked me to come in Dhaka and get more Bible’s teachings. I did so. He conducted Bible classes on Repentance, Faith, Born again, Salvation and Assurance of Salvation. Then I have realized that I am a sinner and I have repented. Because the Bible says me “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) But I wasn’t able to realize that I have been forgiven from my sins and I got saved. I told it to Bro. Nathaniel and he answered me, “I have told you everything about salvation, now it is the duty of Holy Spirit to guide you towards salvation. Holy Spirit will help you to realize that you have saved". It was Saturday, 12th July 2008, 11:30 pm when I was reading my Bible and discussing in my mind the verse Romans 10:9. Where these things are written, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” And also Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; Not of works, lest any man should boast.” I had read these verses many times, but today they came to me with new realization. Then I surrendered to God and began to pray. Holy Spirit told me to confess. So I confessed my all sins one by one and asked for pardon. Then Holy Spirit helped me to realize that my all sins have been forgiven and I have saved. Immediately it seemed to me that a great burden has gone away from my shoulder. I experienced a miraculous feeling, my mind filled with a heavenly enjoyment. I have never had this kind of joy and feeling. A great joy engaged my mind and I thanked God. I have had salvation. I have got birth; I have become a son of God. I realized with my whole heart that great enjoyment was going on in Heaven. Now I know surely that I am going to Heaven. Because I have that assurance; because I have saved.
Please, pray for me so that God may bring me up in His Word.

Tract distribution in the Hindu religious festival

Last May 27th after 6 hours of bus journey and two and half miles after walked we reached a Hindu temple along with 10,000 Gospel tracts to distribute among Hindu people. This is the day for Hindu's special religious festival. So many Hindu people came from different places to worship their gods, goddess idol and their priests.

Preaching program at Savar

Today May 9, 2008 in morning we went Savar area (Suburb of Dhaka) by public transport. It is 10 miles far from our house. In a school house in there we preached among some Hindu people and different church members.

In our preaching meeting we sang some songs and Bro Augustine Sujon played Keyboard and Joel player Guitar. All these instruments we carried with us.

Preaching program at Jessore

On 24th of April I went Jessore District at Surit Mondal house. It was seven hours of Bus journey. On 25th of April Friday evening I preached at his house among some of his friends, relatives and neighbors. His wife and parent also attend this preaching meeting.

After my preaching at Surit house, this man giving his testimony that he never listen this kind of preaching in his life. He personally has been benefited with this preaching. He requests me to visit them more and more and preached them more and more. He hopping that from this Surit's house Lord Work has been started and Jessore district will get gospel.

March 10th at night Bro. Augustine Sujon and me went to Atoari, Thakurgaon/Dinajpur district (West and North side of Bangladesh) for preach, and after 8 hour bus journey next day March 11th early in morning we reached there. Next day March 12th we preached there. And next day March 13th, from there we went to Saidpur/Nilphamari district for preach on March 14th, and after our preaching program same day night we came back to Dhaka and Saturday morning we reached our home.

This is the house we stayed two nights at Atoari.This is the family who take care of us all the time like food and accommodation. This young man (left side of me) invited us to preach in their village. He wanted to come to us in Dhaka and want more bible study.

After our preaching some of them stand in front and said that they need more preaching like this and need more bible study, and also said that they never listen like these preaching before and nobody preached like this to them. They got helped this preaching and understand that they need to believe Lord Jesus Christ and need salvation for their lost soul.

Next day 13th March we came to Saidpur/Nilphamari district from Atorari/Thakurgaow district and same day evening we visit door to door and preaching and prayer to them and invite them to attend our next day (March 14th) preaching meeting.

In Saidpur an Episcopal Church authority allowed us and arranged for us a preaching meeting in their community hall. And arranged for us to stay one night in their guest house and the Pastor of this church arranged food for us in his house.

Last 21st February (Thursday) I went alone a village of Gopalgong district for preach. After 6 hours of bus journey I walked two kilometers to reached the village. This village has no electricity and no running water. Friday and Saturday I preached among these people and distribute our Gospel tracts and books. Saturday evening I went another village and at night I preached another group of people. On sunday evening I came back home and attend our Sunday service.

Preaching tour to Alikadam, Bandarban

Last Wednesday (Sept 19th) at 10:00 pm we started our bus journey to go Alikadam (It is east and down side of Bangladesh), Bandarban district for preach. After 8 hours of journey at early in morning we reached at Bandarban, then we got local transport to go Alikadam for one and half hours. This is very high hilly place.

Same day we rented three bicycle from local area at Alikadam to go five miles far for preaching door to door.Joel, Bro. Sujon and me.

Main subject of this tract is Genesis 1:27; Isaiah 43:7,21; Romens 3:23; 6:23; 10:13; John 1:12.Our Bro. On 5th July after five hours of bus journey I reached Naogaon District. There some young men arranged a preaching meeting for me. A local Episcopal church authority allowed me to preach them on 6th July from 11am ot 2pm. After my preaching same day evening I came back to Dhaka. I preached about Word of God, Repentance and Salvation.

This is the season of this fruit named Jackfruit. This is our national fruit. It is very sweet and tasty.

Evangelical work at Dinajpur District, Bangladesh

Last Tuesday (May 9th) we went at Dinajpur District for preach. I preached in YMCA's open field where the staff of YMCA and some church leader arranged a good pavilion for our preaching meeting. I preached about "Relation with God", "Repentance (Luke 13:1-5)", A matter of Heart (Pro 4:20-27). There Romen Catholic people, Catholic Nun and a Catholic Italian Priest and diffefent Church leader/Pastor and their member attended our preaching meeting. Almost 200 people came to this meeting. Every body was closely attentive in my preaching. Friday night we came back to Dhaka.

Gospel tracts distrubution to Hindu people at Orakandi

All around the Bangladesh one million Hindu religion people gathered a place name 'Orakandi' under Gopalgonj District on 15th to 18th March for take a bath in a pond. They concept that all their sin will be wash in this bath and goddess will be favor for their lucks. Group wise they came there and take a bath and them go back to their home.

Our brother Sujan, Ronny and me and a friend of Ronny's went there on 15th March evening, and same day we started to distribute Gospel tracts to the Hindu people. We distribute ten thousand tracts. The tracts message was only Lord Jesus Christ done all the work for sinful people and paid for all our sins by His precious blood on the Cross. Nothing leaves any work for the sinner. Man made religion never get you to Heaven. Only Christ's death satisfied God. People not saved by what they can do. We are saved by what Jesus did when He died on the cross and that alone. People cannot work for his salvation. Faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to get it. Will you trust completely in Jesus Christ to save you?

"PREACHING THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, THE GRACE OF GOD"

March 8th, I went Syedpur town under Rangpur District and it was seven hours bus journey. The people of Church of England (Episcopal Church) invited me and arranged for me a preaching program in their Church community center to preach them on 9th March. But 8th March after my reached there at evening I preached two different houses. 9th March Friday I preached two times among around 150 people in a Church of England's (Episcopal Church) Community Center and it was three hour program. There were Roman Catholics, Church of England and Assemblies of God Church people. Same day evening, by train I went to Birampur village under Dinajpur District. The Bishop of Church of God and the local people invited me and arranged for me a preaching program in there Church. But 9th March after my reached there at night I preached around 25 people, and next day 10th March, The Church of God, Roman Catholics, Seventh day Adventist Church people and total 135 people participate in our preaching meeting. Same day evening, by Train I went to Joypurhat District and I preached in a house where there some couple families and a Pastor of Church of God was waiting for me. And that night at 10:30 pm by Bus I came back to Dhaka and reached home Sunday morning. All the meeting I preached about Repentance, Salvation, and about our Lord Jesus Christ.

The expression of the people was that they never heard this kind of catch the mind of preaching. They are in the traditional way and monotony religious activities habituated. They always earnestly listening my preaching. In the condition of their lost soul some of them were weeping. They said that they need salvation. They understand that they are far from God and they need repentance. Further they want me to go them and visit them door to door for preaching. I enjoyed very much for this preaching trip and meet the people. Pray for them for their soul save.

Preaching among school children

These are picture of our Bro. Augustin Sujan Baroi and Joel. They are teaching these children in a primary School at Khilgion in Dhaka city. Every Saturday they go there and teaching them Bible. Joel is playing Guitar and Sujan is telling them Bible stories. All of these children are Muslim. They already learned many Christian songs and learned many bible stories. The School authority allows us to teach Bible to them once a week and that is only Saturday morning at 9 am to 10 am.

Pray for Bro. Sujan and Joel for their great work in those children and pray for those children and their parents.

This couple is the authority of the school. Who give us the permission to teach their school children.
